Very happy with this arrangement. Made my lovers day when she came home seeing these flowers. Absolutely recommend ordering from Renee’s of Ridgefield.

Michael, thank you for sharing your experience with us and for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. Your kind words are sincerely appreciated and we look forward to more opportunities to serve you in the future. Thanks again.

Unfortunately I was not able to see my purchase when I got to the memorial service as the church staff had taken the cards away from all of the floral arrangements. I would love to be able to see a photo of it to be able to give you a nice review. The ordering process online was very simple and the updates as to when my delivery was made were timely and appreciated.

Florist's Response:

Amy, thank you for your review and sharing your experience. In respect to sympathy arrangements, we take added steps to respect a customers privacy and space during a time of grief. Ideally, we'd prefer to take a photo at delivery, however some locations accompany a greater challenge due to the connected event combined with increased visibility. Each arrangement is identified with a sympathy note when it goes out for delivery, but following delivery the various locations manage the process differently. Sympathy orders can be particularly sensitive, so we typically provide photos of the arrangement when there is advance notation in the instructions. We do this to reduce intrusion during a time of grief. We can however (moving forward) take photos of each sympathy order prior to delivery, and forward to the customer should a request be made later. Thank you for the feedback and the Team at Renee's looks forward to the next opportunity to serve you.

Great experience!!! Would order again.

Renee's of Ridgefield has been my go-to florist for the last 20 plus years. Renee's has handled my wedding, both of parent's funerals and every other occasion.
I recently sent flowers for Mother's day (MIL) and, once again, was delighted by the service. I highly recommend Renee's of Ridgefield for all of your florist needs.

Thank you for consistently giving us the opportunity to contribute to yours. It is indeed, our honor. We look forward to the next opportunity to serve. Thank you for the compliment, and your trust.

This was my first experience with Renee‘s flowershop. I live overseas and my Mom in the US. The website was sup easy to use, accepted my international cell phone number and address, for the billing. Delivered, on time, a beautiful arrangement to my Mom for Mother‘s day. Along the order process I was provided email updates. I will use Renee‘s in the future!!!

Pamela, thank you for your review and we're happy to hear you had such a great experience (especially from across the pond). We look forward to the next opportunity to serve. In the meantime, don't be a stranger. Till then ; )

Extremely impressed with the customer service I received. Worked with Julie, who went above and beyond, to get exactly what I wanted. I was in the floral industry for over 30 years and know what I want and what I don't. Julie worked hard to complete my order with patience while providing excellent customer service (which seems to be difficult for businesses these days). Will definitely be ordering from Renee's of Ridgefield again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Florist's Response:

Kim, thank you very much for your review and the kind words. Julie is an excellent Manager, and we're proud to have the operation in her hands. She is creative, meticulous, with a passion to serve to create a great experience for our customers. She is a great addition to the team, as well as her designing counterpart, Dana. They are a fantastic duo. Thank you again Kim, and we look forward to more opportunities to serve you at Renee's of Ridgefield.

These guys were great. Ordered a bouquet delivered for my dau-in-law's birthday, to be delivered to their house, and then learned that they were out of town for a few days, so the bouquet would be left sitting on the porch :-o So I called the shop, and they said it's no problem for the driver to go back, pick it up, and bring it back to their shop, and then re-deliver on the day they were getting home. No extra charge :-) Now THAT"S customer service!

Florist's Response:

Robert ? Unforeseen events can occur from time to time, thank you for letting us know so we could quickly act. The idea is to make sure your daughter-in-law actually "receives" the bouquet ? and is able to appreciate and feel your sentiments. Thank you for the kind words and we look forward to the next opportunity.

I order several arrangements for my clients from Renée’s. Every arrangement is beautiful! They are exactly what I see online. I must admit I’ve only had one bad experience where the arrangement with delivered to a client and was nothing as to what I asked for. However, the arrangement was very beautiful! Just not the one I ordered.
Other than that, I have been so satisfied with the gorgeous arrangements that you guys make. Hands-down, my favorite place to order flowers.
